This policy explains how Label Factory handles information submitted through www.labelfactoryindia.com.
When you contact us or request a quotation, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, project details, delivery location, requested timing and files you choose to upload. Basic technical logs may also be created by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
We use submitted information to understand your requirement, respond to your enquiry, prepare or discuss a quotation, coordinate any approved work and protect the website from misuse. We do not use the website form to collect payment-card details or passwords.
Form submissions may be delivered through Resend to the business mailbox configured for this website. Uploaded artwork may be attached to that message. The website does not currently maintain its own customer database or Vercel Blob copy, but the email provider and recipient mailbox may retain the message and attachment under their applicable policies.
We do not sell enquiry information. Details may be handled by service providers needed to host the website, deliver email or support the requested work. Information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business records, security or legal obligations.
You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information where applicable, subject to legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs. Avoid submitting confidential artwork until you are comfortable with the agreed sharing method.
This website does not intentionally add advertising trackers. Hosting infrastructure may use essential technical storage. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps or other external services are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
